◾How long have you been involved?

Coaching for 4 years now

◾What got you involved in coaching?

After playing for the club for over 20 years I wanted to give something back and I wanted to introduce my sons to the game

◾Why Thurrock?

Local club, mate at school asked me to come training one day and that was it..... 28 years later and I am still here.

◾Have you played before, if so where?

Yes, started aged 8, joined Thurrock aged 13

◾How have you been dealing with Lockdown?
I have been working throughout. Plus binging on box sets - currently working my way through Vikings.

◾Have you been getting Fit or Fat?
Bit if both. But getting back to fit(ter) now

◾Favourite part about being a coach?

Seeing the kids develop

◾Standout coaching memory?

Having one of our u7s stand up and take over the session, introducing a game they played at school

◾Were you an active member of the club before coaching?

Player for 20 years, then had a little break when my two boys came along.

◾Something new that you've learnt since becoming a coach?

Patience. And how to floss.
