I wish to remind you that all elected positions are up for re-election, and any nominations must be signed by a proposer and seconder as well as the Nominated person. These nominations must be in my hands by mid-night on Sunday July 2nd 2017. Nomination forms will be available from behind the bar and may be downloaded from the Documents section of the website.
If there are no nominations by this date then the positions will remain open until 15 minutes before the start of the A.G.M.

Any alterations to rules must be in my hands by mid-night on Sunday June 12th 2017; once again these require the signatures of the proposer and seconder.

Please make every effort to attend.

Please note there shall be no other business at the A.G.M. in accordance with Rule 11 a) 1V, f of the Club.
