Big win at home

Thurrock were always dominant with an early Ben Stanley try to helping to settle the nerves with Jake Barrand adding the conversion

Tries from Barrand and Nat Farrell with Barrand adding both conversions and a penalty, the home side led by 24-0

Tottonians though ended the half much better and were able to halve the deficit before the break with 2 tries one of which converted

Thurrock used the break to reassert themselves but it took over 20 minutes to break the deadlock when Farrell added his second and debutant Henry Bird the 5th, Barrand again converting both and adding a late penalty.

Tottonians did add a third converted try to give the score a much closer feel

Thursday night 29/03 at 8pm kick off Thurrock host Old Colfeians in an attempt to play the game for the third time
