Pool Game; Westcliff A RFC U16 v Thurrock RFC U16

First up was a re-run of the 2015-16 Essex Cup Final as Ts took on Westcliff A. Ts started well but small unforced errors cost them metres, but their heads did not go down as they kept pressing. Westcliff were as good as they were in the Final and kept Ts out and launched attacks of their own. One such attack saw them probe and suck Ts defence in and then whip the ball out wide for a score. Ts were by far the better team and if the games had not have been so short may well have got back in to the game, but it remained 7 nil after the 14mins of play.
