It is that time of the year again, league rugby returns this Saturday and our 1st team start off with a home game against local team Chelmsford (15:00pm kick-off).

We have an exciting and young team that are looking forward to the challenge of the season, we also have some new additions to the squad as we look to strengthen for the challenging slog that is league rugby. The new coaching set-up of David Mobbs-Smith, Zoran Higgins and Ross Hanbury have been working the players hard in pre-season and the team are now ready for the first league game.

We will be looking at improving on last seasons position as we develop as a team and club moving forward, London one will be full of hard games each week but we feel we are ready to meet this head on with a squad that is excited to get going.
