The Thurrock T-Birds are opening their doors for a special Inner Warrior Recruitment Event on Wednesday 2nd September, giving women and girls the opportunity to come along, try rugby and discover what being part of the T-Birds is all about.

Whether you've played before or have never picked up a rugby ball in your life, we'd love to see you there.

Inner Warrior sessions are designed to provide a fun, welcoming introduction to rugby, with the focus on getting active, learning some new skills and enjoying the social side of being part of a team.
